Denim's such classic and casual fabric that I just don't wear enough. We headed over to Berkeley for a BBQ with a mixed international crowd, which presented the perfect opportunity to try the denim-on-denim trend. We gorged ourselves on Croatian sausages (wedged between slices of pita-like bread and grilled red peppers) while listening to electric Tango and chatting with new friends. It was a perfect evening :)

I can't believe how beautiful SF weather has been lately! Maybe it's because I used to live in North Beach, where the fog would eventually roll-in, but I now spend most of my time in the Mission. Is the Mission always so sunny & nice? This striped shirt is my current go-to top. I wear it with everything from white cutoff shorts to my mirrored skirt (as shown here).

A few weeks ago, we had a mini family reunion in LA for the few of us that live in the US. In case you can't tell, I'm half Chinese (Taiwanese), so most of my family lives in Taiwan. It's Getting Hot

Stephane and I are road-tripping from California to Colorado for the holiday. I'm a Colorado girl at heart, so it feels good to be heading home after a year away. My only complaint is that it's HOT, as in why-are-my-eyelids-sweating hot. However, we'll soon be in the alpine climate of the Rockies. Can. Not. Wait.
